Options have been taken in several hotels close to the Symposium venue. Many booking deadlines are now passed but they will accept bookings with the preferred conditions below as long as they have rooms available. The hilton has postponed the deadline until August 6!

HOTEL DE FRANCE (Schottenring 3, 1010 Vienna)
This elegant five star hotel is located in very centre of Vienna within walking distance of St. Stephen's Cathedral and Spanish Riding School. (15 minutes' walk)

Single Classic room: Euro 134,00 including breakfast

HOTEL REGINA (Rooseveltplatz 15, 1090 Vienna)
The 4 star Hotel Regina in Vienna is owned and run in the 4th generation by the Kremslehner family and is completely non-smoking hotel. It is located centrally near a park at the Ringstraße and Vienna University. (10 minutes' walk).

Free cancellation is possible until 72 hours prior to arrival. In case of No Show, late cancellation or early departure, 100 % of the gross total amount will be charge from clients credit card.
